Our whole stay from start to finish has been perfect. From the moment we arrived, the staff took such good care of us. We could see right away that security and safety are important as we were greeted at the gate. The rooms are very clean and spacious and beautifully furnished with new furniture . The pool is small but well kept, and such a relief to pop into after a day of sightseeing. We were able to arrange for dinner with local dishes to be cooked and served to us. That was fun. Miss Emily also offered to do breakfasts for us, but because the kitchen in the apartment is so well stocked we bought our own fruits and essentials at shops nearby and made our own. The rooms were also cleaned daily by Marci who was most helpful. One thing we found is that the compound location is just a few kilometers from downtown Kisumu even though it looks much further on Google maps. We both highly recommend a stay here!!

The facilities were fantastic, room service was frequent, chef was awesome and communication was the best we’ve ever experienced. As of Jan 2024, the drive to Prime Nomads seems a bit rocky and out of the way, and when you arrive you can see a tall building that is being worked on… the rooms are behind the tall building so don’t let the roads there or the tall incomplete building confuse you. THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!
