Opening to a furnished, wooden balcony, all air-conditioned studios and 1-bedroom apartments at Mistral-Patmos come with a flat-screen, satellite TV. Each features a kitchenette with a mini fridge and cooking hobs. A hairdryer is included. The place was absolutely fantastic… it has extremely comfortable bed and the aprt where I was also had 180 view.. so in the morning you see the sunrise and evening you can see the sunset. The owner is super helpful with everything you need.

Located just 100 metres away from Grikos Beach in Patmos, Captain Manos Studio Apartments offers air-conditioned units with Aegean Sea views and free Wi-Fi throughout. Restaurants and cafes are 100 metres away. The appartment is spacios and well equiped. We had a balcony with wonderful view of the sea. We were very satisfied with the acommodation. Tess was very friendly and helpful. She picked us up at the port and drove us to the port at the end of our stay. Thank you and we will be happy to come again.

Featuring a sun terrace and accommodation with a balcony or patio overlooking the garden, Patmos Villas is located 150 metres from the bay of Grikos. Restaurants and cafeterias are 100 metres away. Free Wi-Fi is offered throughout. The family who own it were delightful! Tomas picked us up from the port and took us back to port when leaving. Breakfast each morning was very good. Close to beach and restaurants.

Within a 10-minutes’ walk from the sandy Meloi Beach in Patmos, Nicolas Studios offers air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony amidst its lush garden. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout, while guests are offered a free 2-way transfer from Skala Port. This is truly my home away from home! Sparkling clean and functional furnished rooms/studios in best location, just outside the city centre with amazing view of the harbour. Nearest beach is 8 minutes walking from the studios, 5 minutes to a very well stocked supermarket and veggies and fruits shop. The nearest taverna is about 200m from the studios and serves great food at very good prices. Studios are located in a peaceful surrounding, overlooking a beautiful garden. What really makes the difference is Nicolas and his family. From the moment we arrived, he took great care of us, driving us to all the unforgettable places Patmos has to offer. He and his lovely wife offered us homemade food and products from their garden and fresh eggs from their own chickens. I must admit, I have never experienced such a amazing hosts. They do it because they really care about the guests, this is not just another accommodation, this is family! I already miss them.
Skala
The air-conditioned studios Irene have tiled floors and simple furnishings. They come equipped with a satellite TV and a kitchenette with kettle and fridge. Each has a private balcony with views over the village of Netia. I had a great stay at Studios Irene! I got in on a really late ferry, and Irene contacted me in advance to make sure I knew how to get to the hostel and how to get my keys. I left on a very late ferry too, and she let me stay in the room for free because it was still available! A nice cozy place to spend your time in Patmos, and a great place to go back to after seeing the Cave of the Apocalypse, Monastery of St. John, etc.

Cold and warm dishes are served next to the floodlit pool throughout the day. Beautiful, clean facilities with an extremely friendly and helpful staff. I want to especially thank Eva, the manager of the property, for always going the extra mile during our trip to make sure we are having a great experience.

The check in staff were wonderful….especially the kind woman you gave us so much good advice about what to see and do and arrange rental car for us, and took care of our luggage etc….. she really went out of her way and we appreciated it. The location was perfect for us coming and leaving with the ferry…..walking distance. The hotel was very accommodating when we needed to make a last minute change to our reservation…..thank you!
Host was detained away from the island, but was extremely responsive and helpful via messaging, giving detailed directions to the apartments and clarifying that we had only booked a one room apartment that we intended for two couples, so made a second apartment immediately available. We were scheduled to arrive at midnight on the ferry, which was delayed by an hour due to bad weather, so responding so well at that time of night was particularly commendable.
Nikolas, his wife and family are exceptional hosts. Everything from the pick up at the ferry port to driving us around the island was fantastic. The studio was immaculate and you are often surprised with fruit from the garden and freshly baked pies. It’s a short walk to Skala with its shops and restaurants, and also another short walk to the beach . Amazing week.
The Apartment was very clean and well presented. it provided for all our needs during our 3 night stay and the host was very attentive. The accommodation was not overlooked with a great view over the bay.
Beautiful modern apartment in the old town and very close to everything, but being just behind a shopping street was also quiet. Coffee machine with pods supplied. Very obliging hosts. Able to leave our luggage at a restaurant near the port after a very early arrival into Patmos.
Hosts Dimitri and Anastasia have beautifully restored this old house and converted it into self contained studios/apartments with outside space. They have tried to keep the character of the place while introducing all creature comforts. Location is perfect in a quiet place but within 5 minutes walk front the harbour, and the centre of Skala. We simply LOVED our stay here.

We at home as soon as we arrived and we felt as if it was our own place very private and real not like a hotel or and soulless over modern apartment.
We enjoyed our stay! Irene is very friendly and helpful. She organised a car-rental for us which was perfect! We drove around the island and visited a few nice beaches. The apartments are simpel but clean. Great price-quality! It’s an 15 minute walk to the center of Skala. The walk to and from the monastery from Skala is beautiful, there is an old route so you don’t have to walk on the road. The harbour and the center of Skala are also very nice!
