it was just wonderful! as soon as we booked the room she let me know about a construction that was going on across from place. If you close the doors and window you really can’t hear anything. Yes, you can absolutely see it. BUT, the view was still breath taking! Specially having breakfast from inside table.
the location was great! It’s a 5 minutes drive and 30 minutes walk from the castles. The walk was AMAZING !!! So many stars! my kids loved walking to castle. Also quick driving to a lot of beautiful beaches.
I would definitely stay here again!!!

Everything was perfect. The location was really quiet among olive tree and flowers. The apartment was really clean, the terrace was great. The studio was really well equipped. The owner is really nice and take care. I recommend. The location is great to Magne cap.
The location is in the very center of the lovely city. Private parking is very important. Art studio is really ART studio, the decoration makes the apartment something special. The hosts are very helpful and friendly. We followed their advices for sightseeing and succeeded.
The beachfront location, the peace and tranquility of the property as a whole, the attractive design to the development making each studio apartment quite unique and again each with separate outdoor terraces. The helpful staff, and the lovely breakfast/restaurant terrace. The bar, below the terrace, remained opened all day but our visit being September meant it closed at 8pm and restaurant closed at 7pm. Ample and excellent restaurants are available in Gytheio nearby. The whole stay felt very calm and the beach is a Blue Flag Beach
The flat was clean and has all needed amenities for a short stay. It is walking distance from monemvasia village coastline and castle. It seemed recently renovated as a purpose build flat for rentals. Available parking spaces.

Lovely loft apartment with beautiful terrace and view over the bay. It was really great stay, there is washing machine and dryer, dishwasher etc., simply everything anyone can need. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious, as we both had to work, there was plenty of space on second (shadow) terrace, there are also electric plugs outside. We would love to stay again!
We loved our stay at Studios Maniati- it’s in a great location above the town with great views over to the mainland and for the Peloponnese sunsets. The apartment was spotless, the bed really comfortable - which is a massive win for me. This was a very sweet studio flat, with a little kitchen and a nice balcony with table and chairs. The room was clean and tidy, the shower pressure was great. It is 5 minutes from a gorgeous beach, and has a supermarket and a bar super close. We only stayed one night as we are travelling around, but I could very happily see myself do a week there just enjoying the beach and the nice countryside. The host was very nice too.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The apartment has everything we needed for a short stay and they even offer multiple options for pillows and blankets. The location is good. We could park the car close to the apartment and go to the central square on foot.
The Studios Are amazingly located right at the beach. It is a very cozy and comfortable feeling and our Apartment was very nice, super clean and provided everything we needed for our stay.
