it was just wonderful! as soon as we booked the room she let me know about a construction that was going on across from place. If you close the doors and window you really can’t hear anything. Yes, you can absolutely see it. BUT, the view was still breath taking! Specially having breakfast from inside table. the location was great! It’s a 5 minutes drive and 30 minutes walk from the castles. The walk was AMAZING !!! So many stars! my kids loved walking to castle. Also quick driving to a lot of beautiful beaches. I would definitely stay here again!!! Thank you!!!!!!

Everything to be honest. Owner was EXTREMELY polite and helpful. Took time to direct us to places to see and things to do. She was spot on on all accounts. Room was CLEAN and well equipped. A home made and delicious breakfast was provided daily with more than enough to eat. Great location just outside of Monemvasia with easy access to other locales.

- The host was amazing, very kind and always tried to help us with anything we asked. She offered us suggestions for restaurants, and things to do and even helped us by calling someone she knew on the other side of the mountain to check if the wind was better there so that we could enjoy the beach; - The breakfast was served in a cute basket and you could enjoy it on your balcony or in the garden. The orange and ginger marmalade was to die for; - The garden of the hotel felt so intimate; - Plenty of parking spaces at the property; - Spacious and clean rooms, equipped with everything you need to cook your own food if you want to (even a full-size fridge)

This is a wonderful budget option in a very crowded town. The rooms are simple but impeccably clean, well maintained, and rather big, which was completely unexpected. All balconies have some sort of a sea view, so this promise is kept as well. No breakfast, but the supermarket is just across the street and you are 200 m away from the two best bakeries in Gefyra. The owner, Mrs. Eleni, is absolutely adorable and will really do everything she can to make your stay pleasant. Highly recommended, without any hesitation. Will gladly be back anytime.

Parking is in front of the hotel and there is enough space even in the high season. The nearest beach can be reached in a few minutes' walk, while it takes about half an hour to get to Monemvasia old town.
