Beautiful surroundings with gorgeous trees. Spotted some rabbits jumping around in the fields. Beds are comfortable. They have prepared the sofa beds ahead of our arrival so we didnt hv to wait for it . Fully equipped kitchen so we could prepare our dinner every night. Toilets are good eventhough the water pressure is abit low. No problem in requesting fresh towels after our 2nd night of stay.

The property was extremely clean and felt so homely. It was lovely to relax in the evening with our two boys (ages eleven and nine) with Netflix. Lots of thoughtful little extras like hot water bottles,hair dryers in both bedrooms. The bathroom had shampoo,conditioner and bodywash. We asked for the heating to be turned up as my wife really feels the cold and Richard came over and sorted very quickly.

Modern appliances and even an air dryer. Excellent location in a quiet street. The owner was always in touch and quickly answered our questions. The vacation was great!

There is also a seating area and a fireplace. The property was fantastic! Ample space, very cosy interior. It’s on the 1st floor but not very difficult for us to reach even with luggages. The property is quite strategically located as the town centre is nearby. Would love to stay here again if we are ever back in Clacton.
