We've been traveling in Europe for over 2mo by both bicycle and now car staying at over 48 lodging accomodations. Rose by the Sea was by far the best; we were able to relax and feel like we were home. Not saying our previous "10's" were bad, this was by far our top spot. Rose & Charlie did an outstanding job creating a small guest cottage across the street from the beach, complimented with everything you would need for a comfortable stay that was extremely clean. The morning breakfast with fresh breads, coffee and locally sourced jams/yogurt delivered to you was an added bonus. We can't say enough...this is the best and we are appreciative we were able to stay here. We hope to return to Rose by the Sea during our next travels to FR and stay a bit longer.

A private entrance leads guests into the apartment, where they can enjoy some wine or champagne and chocolates or cookies. There is also a seating area and a fireplace. The place was great. It was spotlessly clean and had a large comfy bed. Hosts left a cold bottle of local Breton cider in the fridge on arrival. Place had everything you could think of. Ample on street parking on very quiet road. About 15 mins drive from Mont Saint Michel. Would definitely stay again if in the area!
