It's a great flat in a perfect location. Our room with a terrace was on the back and very quiet but once you stepped out you were right in the old town with plenty of beautiful places to eat. A microwave, a toaster and fridge are also offered in the kitchenette, as well as a kettle. At the aparthotel, units are equipped with bed linen and towels. Everything was absolutely amazing. We were traveling with our 8 month old baby. The staff at Ramirez Flats made us feel as comfortable as possible. They provided a baby bed, a high chair for feeding and even a baby bathtub.There is always someone at the front desk ready to help.The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utilities. On the second day of our stay there was heavy rain and the elevators got out of order for two hours.(not staff's fault) on the next day, they gave us a pack with local products as compensation for the inconvenience. It was really good! The location is great. 20 min walk to the city center. 20 min walk to the Center of arts and sciences. And the amazing Turia park is right in front of the hotel. There are plenty of supermarkets, little bakeries and even a 24h pharmacy all in 5min walk radius. Both metro stations are 10min away from the hotel. Although it is a little expensive in comparison with other options in the city, every euro is worth it. I can definitely recommend this location for families with babies, who want to have a stress free holiday.

Church of Saint Nicolás is 1.7 km from the apartment, while Turia Gardens is 2.3 km away. The nearest airport is Valencia, 10 km from Macflats Ayuntamiento. Everything was great - from easy checkout to comfortable checkout. Staff was more than helpful. The did debet times an extra mile for us. we felt comfortable, safe and relaxed. I can’t imagine a better location to explore the city and beyond.

A bicycle rental service is available at the apartment. First class apartment in excellent location. Easy collection of keys very close by. Modern as-new looks, very quiet despite location a few metres from the square. All old town easily walkable with the cathedral and market less than a 5 min walk away. Very secure, lift access.

Decorated in cream and grey tones, apartments include parquet floors and lounges with a sofa and flat-screen cable TV. Their kitchens are equipped with an oven, fridge and hob. Some of the apartments have a terrace. it was wonderful, in the center and you can get easily everywhere. If to come by car maybe it will be difficult with parking, but for us was fine as we almost walk to city center.
