The upgraded appartment was excellent. The reception staff when they realised a mistake had been made with our booking handled the situation in a very apologetic, polite and professional manner. Despite our initial disappointment their efforts were very welcome and appricated by us. They are a credit to their workplace.

Additional in-room amenities include wine or champagne. the view is beautiful and the space is perfect for a couple to enjoy as though it is your own, desire was so nice, and left us a bottle of bubbly.

This is the place to book in Los Cristianos!!! We have rented the flat as 2 couples, and it was perfect. Each bedroom has each own bathroom, and there is another one downstairs. The kitchen if fully equipped and everything is potless. We really liked the simple key pickup. You have 5 minutes to the beach and lod christianos, but it is still quiet so you can sleep normally. Very good size fully equipped, I like being in the central position although the general noise might not suit everybody
