Our visit to Quito was great with no issues of security or anti-social behaviour.

This amazing apartment is located in a very fancy building, a safe area of Quito right next to restaurants and parks. Security, private, modern, fancy, and easy to check in. The landlord accepts PayPal and cash only, not credit cards. I like this apartment a lot. They have 2 huge rooms and 2 separate bathrooms too. Huge wardrobe walk-in.

Beautiful accommodation, very friendly and helpful hosts. Breakfast food provided, if there's anything else you need they will accommodate. Laundry service was great, great recommendations for restaurants and things to see in Quito. We stayed 3 nights, highly recommend.

Apartment is big and clean. 2 bedroom with two full bathrooms!!! Small but complete kitchen small appliances, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer and drier!!!!! Perfect for our small family reunion.
We had a fantastic stay at this location! The apartment is well located with easy access to malls and shops, and the view is amazing . The hosts were friendly and accommodating, assisting us with all our requirements. We will definitely be back again. The location and view are both highly recommended.

The apartment is a private unit in a larger residential building. The complex is extremely safe with security guards, electronically keys access. Facilities are very clean and modern with large laundry and the best gym we have ever seen in a rental environment. The apartment was perfect and very clean.
Location was great and felt very safe, especially during a period of unrest in Ecuador. Apartment was spacious, had big beds and great views, and felt luxurious. Our unit had 2 and a half bathrooms, which was really nice. We saw, but didn’t have time to use the pool, gym and rooftop. They were all very nice and updated. Apartment building is very secure, had free parking, and is close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Host was very friendly, helpful and flexible. We will definitely be back.

The flat is large and well furnished and the kitchen is equipped well enough for a short stay. There's hot water in the shower, a drinking water dispenser in the living room and a very comfy bed. The location is perfect to visit the old Quito centre, but not the right thing if you want lively nights and easy access to open bars & restaurants.
Lovely apartment in a fantastic location. The owner couldn't be more helpful. Happy to answer all your questions and can arrange great taxi tours, as well as airport transfers. Easy to walk into the middle of the Centro Historico, and there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Apartment was spotlessly clean, with everything you could need for a short stay, including a washing machine. WiFi in the property and cable TV were a bonus. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Quito.
