The room was clean. We had 1 room apartment with terrace.
There was AC, bathtub, towels, clothes wash detergent, kitchen utensils, salt and pepper.
Electric Appliances: dryer, water heater, iron, induction, oven, AC, TV, night lamps.
They also cleaned it once in the 5 days that we were there.

The apartment was a very short walk to Venus beach and the centre, so I would say location-wise is a perfect choice. The studio was small, but well equipped and for the 4 days we stayed it was perfect. The hosts were extremely friendly and always available on whatsapp for any requests we had. If you are landing at Paphos airport you can request an airport transfer straight with the owners.
I had a wonderful stay in my peaceful studio apartment which had everything I needed. I loved sitting on the spacious balcony and really appreciated having a washing machine. It was a short 5 mins walk to several small supermarkets and only slightly further to the sea as well as a good choice of places to eat/drink.
Very friendly and helpful staff, apartment was large with a nice view from the balcony. Air con was a life saver, facilities are excellent. Pool is lovely and clean. Powerful shower. Plenty of space to lounge about, the location was perfect, parking was guaranteed for my rental. I had a brilliant time and will be returning every summer!
We found King's Holiday Apartments a perfect base for exploring Cyprus. The apartment was clean, comfortable, quiet and close to restaurants, sights and shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The apartment and bathroom was very clean on arrival. I received a very warm welcome from the host Nikos. Its a nice little self catering studio apartment. Hot water available 24hrs and great water pressure. Kitchenette has lots of cutlery and pots to cook a meal if you wish to. Also has a clean little fridge. Fresh towels. Great outdoor pool. Fantastic location with walking distance to supermarket and the nearby mall.
Great location, perfect studio apartment for the week. Facilities were great and the flat was clean. Would be really happy to come back again on our next trip to the city.
In general the apartment lived up to our expectations: easy to find (by car), very easy handing over of the keys, decent condominium in an unspectacular suburban setting, large living space and very friendly management.
Very clean and modern apartment, with everything you need for a short stay. We booked the apartment with the terrace so it was really nice to sit and have breakfast outside. Paphos Harbour is 10 min walking from the house and there is convenient parking right outside the house. The hosts were really friendly and helpful.
We loved it! Konstantina has made a little oasis here, the attention to every little detail is wonderful. A perfect compact holiday apartment for a family group of 3, all facilities you'd need and everything spotlessly clean. Location superb, literally 8 mins down to harbour or 10 mins up to King's Mall, bus stops right outside and bakery for breakfast 200 m from the flat. Also a couple of really nice local tavernas nearby, Minas and Hondros (not overblown tourist traps you find elsewhere).
