The owner was very helpful and friendly, giving us a lift from the station and helping us to carry bags to the apartment and giving a few ideas on activities. He spoke good English with me and Schweizer Dutsch with my kids and was very easy going. Meiringen is a lovely town for a weekend with kids, lots to do (the Kugeln walk is great for young ones, walking and marble races... cool)

There were two bedrooms, with one room with single bed and another room with a queen. Living room was spacious with a dining area. There are board games stocked for entertainment too.
