However I wish the host was more flexible with the check out times especially if there is no clients coming over that day. We wanted to check out late but she didn't allow it until I offered to pay extra. I know it's not mandatory her However I feel checking out at 10am is too early. We travel a lot and this was by far the best apartment we've stayed at but also the only one with the check out as early as 10am. With that being said, I will visit this apartment again because everything else was just perfect 👌

At the apartment complex, all units have bed linen and towels. exactly like in the pictures, the self-check-in is very easy, extremely clean, very comfortable bed, nice bathroom and kitchen, everything you need is there, only a 5 minute bus ride from downtown, close to a grocery store. we really appreciated the power adapter and the phone chargers (that's a brilliant idea). we will definitely go back, the next time we are in Lugano.

This immaculatly kept guest apartment was custom-made and provided everything anyone could ever need while vacationing in Lugano. It had a full-size kitchen, a comfortable living area with a pull out couch with a full-size mattress. The bedroom had spacious closets, and the bed was very comfortable. There was also a patio area with honey suckle surrounding it, thus making it private from the already quiet street. The fragrance was heavenly. Ana, the host, helped me plan my visit in Lugano. Lake Lugano and the grocery store are both within a 10-minute walk from the apartment. Overall, my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this getaway home away from home. We highly recommend it. We would come again.

The only thing I missed was the air conditioning but never the less super accommodation. Fair price.

A variety of drinks stocked in the frig for purchase. Nice location on Lugano in Italy just minutes to Switzerland. Very easy to explore the lake and the region. Wifi super and TV with netflix, prime, you tube etc. Very gracious and helpful host with excellent english.
