Friendly, Helpful front desk. Easy check in. Spacious apartment. Unfortunately we were given 2nd floor apartment with no views.
The location is excellent, the building it self has a garage (not related to the hotel) and a restaurant. The infrastructure of the apartment was also good. Shower had nice pressure and temperature, the bed was very comfortable.
It's a cozy and sweet apartment with easy access to the bus station(take you to waterfall, Argentina or Paraguay), super market, shops and restaurants. The bes is comfortable, and the owner is very caring. *Note : You have your own bedroom and shared bathroom, Elizete is the owner, she also lives in the same apartment. There are two cats at house, please be aware of this if you are allergic to furry animals.
We loved staying here! Our very own little apartment which was super great after staying in hostels for a while. Amazing size, super clean and well equipped with everything you need. Bed was really comfy too. Good wifi! Also we were able to wash our clothes for free which was really helpful.

Proximity to the waterfalls and to the airport was added value for us! All staff was kind and friendly! Hotel offered all we needed/wanted! ( travel agent, car rental, little shop, nice pool and recreation area) F&B was always fresh and of excellent quality and quantity! Rooms were nice and clean incl. bathroom.

The apartment was clean lovely, spacious and very comfortable in a very nice safe Condominium with nice helpful neighbours. It had every thing would could want for a safe and comfortable stay in Iguazu Falls. If you were wanting a quiet place to stay and cater for yourself in the apartment , in Iguazu this is the place to stay! Edgar the owner is very responsive and helpful and speaks English if needed.
