The property was located right at the center of Neustift, with grocery stores, ski equipement rentals, sport stores, 2 or 3 restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was clean, very nice, fully equipped, perfect. As for the hotel area, which is about 3 minute walk from the apartment, they served excellent breakfast and the restaurant area was very nice and cozy. We didn't try dinner at the hotel, but I assume it would be very good too. Wellness and saunas area was also very nice. There were fruits & snacks available to fill up your energy after taking sauna. There is a beautiful relaxing room with a view on the garden and we could also enjoy resting outside, in the garden. We really enjoyed our stay at the apartments & the hotel.

El Appartement Stubaital es un alojamiento independiente situado a 2 km del centro de Neustift, a 20 km de la estación de esquí del glaciar de Stubai y a 6 km de la estación de esquí de Schlick 2000. Everything! Lovely apartment. We arrived by train late, then bus in a snowstorm still going on…almost several feet deep! It was by then, dark windy, very cold, and yet, the owner walked the 80 meters to the bus stop to help us! Family with several children and dog live above the apartment , which is one flight of stairs up.

I spent 7 wonderful days at this location with my family, and the experience was simply excellent. The place is exceptionally well-positioned, offering a remarkably beautiful view. The room we stayed in was impeccable, providing all necessary amenities, clean, warm, and peaceful. With parking available, we also enjoyed a restaurant on the ground floor with Italian cuisine, where the food was exceptionally delicious, and the staff extremely friendly. I warmly recommend this location, and we will certainly return with pleasure.
