The place is very spacious and done with style. There is a parking just under the apartment. The owner made us feel very welcome, and we received great advice from her about the places to go in and around the town. I would definitely recommend this property for a comfortable stay in Kitzbühel.

Boasting a casino, garden and views of mountain, Buccara Apartments Kitzbühel is located in Kitzbühel, 1.7 km from Casino Kitzbuhel. The Penthouse was pretty awesome with superior views over Kitzbühel and the mountains. Location was easy to find from the main road and there was a private parking place right next to the main building. Late arrival was no problem at all. The Penthouse had 2 cozy bedrooms, 1 large bathroom with a wc, a smaller 1 wc, and a very spacious living area. In addition, it had 2 balconies providing excellent views to the mountains (check the attached pics). The Penthouse was also well-equipped with e.g. working fireplace, nice kitchen with a wine cabinet, Bang & Olufsen Audio System, large TVs in all main rooms, wifi etc... Finally, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Hence, it is easy to recommend this place and the Penthouse.

Villa Anna's self-catering design apartments, offer fully-equipped kitchen, ski boot dryer and free WiFi. Upon arrival to the apartment we had a moment of crisis. I had to open booking and show my girlfriend that the apartment was fully booked and we couldn't extend our stay beyond the 2 nights we had reserved. This is one of the most beautiful apartments I have stayed in. The Villa is situated in central Kitzbuhel. The views are incredible. There is a tiny little stream right next to the bedroom which makes the entire experience magical. I believe that the villa was recently updated so everything is really nice inside. The pictures don't do the place justice. When we arrived it started raining, and it was still an incredible stay for us. I can only imagine how it must be during the winter season with a lot of snow. The price was really great for Austria during the peak summer season. Much better than what you can get in the large cities. Villa Anna is a really special place and Carrie is a wonderful host. She answered all my questions regarding Kitzbuhel. I hope to be back for longer!

This is exactly what I'm looking for when I'm looking for accommodation in Tyrol. Very cozy, lots of wood, fantastic view ... the typical Tyrol ambience. Great host and high quality apartment equipped with everything you need for a vacation. We had an amazing time and will definitely come back.
