The included regional Joker card and location of the hotel are ideal for hiking trips. We arrived late in the evening but the instructions on how to access our room were well communicated. There was an issue with our room where there was a smell in the drainage in one of the bath rooms. However, the staff was very helpful and eager to upgrade us to another room should the smell persist another day. The staff neutralized the smell with a product and after a day there was some rain which completely cleared the smell.
