Very clean, well equipped kitchen and bathroom, parking just around the guesthouse. You can also use restaurant for delicious food and drinks. Very nice hosts, I had a longer chat about the country, it was very nice. Easy check-in and check-out. I really recommend.

We had a nice view to the west, even from the bedroom, where there's direct access to a terrace. The kitchen has everything you need or even more (filter and Nespresso coffee machines, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven ...), sponges, clothes and detergents were prepared to be used and space is efficiently used. There's a complimentary washing machine in the house. The retractable couch is usable for two additional guests, but then it would get busy since it takes up almost all space in the living room part. We enjoyed all the benefits of modern smart TV, using our own apps and accounts. The retail shops (Billa, Spar) are only 100 meters away, and the bottom station of Matrei skilift is situated 300 meters away, so it can be easily accessed on foot. Of course, there's a vast space for skis and ski boots on the lower floor.

I will say one thing about this property and host that they were the best till date whoever I've met. Gerti (host) was so welcoming and she was happy to see us which actually made my day and trip more memorable. Her husband guided her through everything inside the property and trust me everything was very clean and almost everything was provided inside the home. The home actually is of 16th century but so well maintain and gave an heritage feel. It has huge parking space too. Interiors were new and everything was huge. In the morning Gerti left breakfast which she bought from market for us which was so sweet of them. Overall i will surely recommend to go and experience the hospitality and the unique heritage experience. Currently they were constructing a new HUT for stay which seems to be so cute. Do visit this place on your route to Grossglockner. When we went route was closed but then Gerti suggested other route so i don't miss the fun of route. I found that option more beautiful and also saved my time. This place is the best option on route to Grossglockner. I`ll surely comeback here and this time i`ll stay for little long. Thanks Gerti and family for pancakes which they gave for my daughter while i was leaving. So sweet !!

Owners were exceptionally helpful. They waited up for us till 11.30 pm as we arrived so late. Made our stay bery pleasant. The accommodation was small but very cozy and super clean. There was a small self-service fridge next door with fresh milk, eggs and other milk products, which was very convenient. We loved our stay!
