A stay in the country is always refreshing, the experience being made more special with friendly staff and excellent facilities. The apartment was very spacious and the complimentary coffee and rusks very welcome.
Was a very nice retreat for our short stay. Deep in the mountains :) had a lovely quick stay, will return for atleast 1 full day to enjoy the wildlife and walking trails.
I didn't get a chance to book for breakfast was too occupied with the beautiful scenery. Everything was perfect, I couldn't gush enough about the location to my family and friends, we will definitely be back for a a longer stay, as we were traveling home from knysna & needed a place to rest for the night, I really couldn't have made a better choice. I thank the friendly staff for their hospitality & kindness. Definitely was the best short stay
While being ‘on a farm’ with dogs, a donkey, his friend the sheep, pigs, cats, turkey’s and the lot - in the meantime surrounded by pure luxury in a nice apartment with a big comfy bed and everything that makes a stay in this beautiful natural setting worthwile! Baie dankie to my nice hosts and I hopefully I will come back some day and stay a little longer! xxx

Lovely short stay for a quick visit, but made it feel like a break.
Very hospitable and also offered to include the kids in feeding lambs and chickens.
Rural, but luxurious. Everything you need, including firelighters and matches.
The cottage was absolutely charming and a perfect escape to nature. It had everything that was required for self catering. The candlelight in the evening made it even more special. We walked some trails at sunrise which was magical. Gill, the host, is a warm and friendly person and made us feel so welcome. Definitely a place to return to
The view was awesome. The self catering unit was equipped with everything you needed.
