The view is what you are paying for! This is the best thing you'll get to have an almost 360 degree view of new york & jersey. The apartment is nice with all basic amenities that you might need. While I found the location easy, the subway is a bit of a walk if you are looking to travel by it a lot.
Its a nice 20-min walk to central park, the high line in chelsea & about 30-mins or so to west village which is nice.
Cozy 3 BR suite, 15 min to NYC &Times Sq is located in North Bergen, just 6.4 miles from Radio City Music Hall and 6.6 miles from Broadway Theatre.

It was fully stocked for all my needs the location, I was unaware of the huge park across the street kids had fun ! Should add that to you page ! It was very quiet and felt safe . Recommend!
