Great location for Winter Park in Orlando, peaceful even though very close to the highway. Pat and Mike were warm hosts and it was wonderful to use the kayak on the private lake.

The location was great and the Check-in with pinpad was uncomplicated. The Interieur was modern and nicely decorated. We loved to sit on the Porch, watching the old trees with all the spanish moss and the green Backyard. It was quiet and comfortable, WiFi was available.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this rental apartment over Easter weekend and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the modern amenities of the apartment. The spacious living area and well-equipped kitchen made it easy for me to feel right at home.
Quiet, private rental. I liked the reserved parking right by the entry. Host was very kind and responsive and checked in with us to make sure our group had everything we needed.
We had to stay here for two weeks while we waited for our apartment to be ready. The location was perfect for getting to work for the both of us. The room was clean and the AC worked very well. We never saw a single bug in our room. We stayed at the very end of the hall, so it wasn't loud. Nothing great about this place, but it met our needs and was within our budget.
The condo was very comfortable and roomy. The entire condo was clean and welll stocked. I felt very safe in the gated community. I walked the community each morning.
I liked that it felt like a small apartment with more room and amenities than a normal hotel room. I also liked that it had a full kitchen and living room area.
