I stayed at this wonderful rental apartment for four days during my vacation, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the luxurious ambiance and cleanliness of the place.
The host has thoughtfully provided complimentary wine, water, seasoning, and toiletries, which added a special touch to my stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils, making it easy to prepare meals if you choose to dine in.
One of the highlights of this rental is its prime location near University City. It’s convenient and made exploring the area a breeze. Additionally, the free street parking was a huge plus, eliminating any hassle of finding a spot for my car.
The host was exceptional, responding quickly to any questions I had and being incredibly attentive and helpful throughout my stay.
Overall, this rental exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to the area. Highly recommend!

This is an absolutely exceptional place. Prime location, the suite was in fact a large, fully equipped apartment with high ceilings in a beautiful historic building in a part of the city that has a London vibe. That is all there, but what really makes AKA Rittenhouse Square stand out are the people. The welcome note by Bianca was hand written and truly personalised, a bottle of wine awaited us in the living room and we had great fun with the assistant whose name was actually London... When I sadly had to leave early due to a medical emergency, one night was actually taken off the bill - that had never happened to me anywhere else in decades of travelling. We are already planning our next stay there.

Lovely staff. Very helpful. Room was great. Fridge, microwave, Keurig. Big flat screen TV. Right across the street from the 5th largest mall in America and up the road from the King of Prussia famous inn/tavern; just 3 minutes away. George Washington slept there in 1777 before he bivouacked (tent) at Valley Forge!
Both the apartment and the building were beautiful! My apartment was spacious which made for a comfortable home away from home. The building is conveniently located to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores all within walking distance. If you have access to a car, one of the largest malls is only a short drive away— KOP! I appreciated the contactless check-in and found it easy to locate my apartment.
The room as modern, clean and well-lite, spacious. The breakfast was nice even with the usual COVID restrictions on hot food - the hot Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches were a nice option. The coffee was good, and the kids really enjoyed the juice and bagels too. The hotel lobby was always clean and neat. The flat Pet Rate was VERY much appreciated. It saved us from having to stay at a Motel 6. Thanks for a great trip to my daughter's wedding there in Philadelphia!
