For me this was a dream come true. It is a spacious house with 3 bedrooms. It had a balcony and a porch. Moreover there were 2 seating areas outside, one covered and one open. You enjoy complete privacy and unrestricted view and access of the river. The owners were very hospitable and kind. They made us fresh breakfast every morning.
I enjoyed my time with my family both inside and outside the house.
I highly recommend this place.

My family just rented this great place.The accomodation was so clean, beautifully decorated, with several comfort features like the hammock and curtain-laced tent with an amazing view of the surrounding mountains and sea below.My kids and I spent our last night around the lovely fire place enjoying the cool weather and relaxing quite!I strongly recommend it.The location is a breezy 20-30 minutes with a great coastline view to Rize Mall or the Ayder activities.I can not say enough about Muhammed and his wonderful family.Not only welcoming and síncere, but they were over and beyond helpful.Very thankful for the time we spent, just wish we had booked there for longer!

The place is quiet and very beautiful. The apartment consists of a room and a living room and was very clean. The family was friendly, especially the building owner, Dr. Omar, who was kind to us and provided us with a lot of information. I highly recommend experiencing this place, and if I return, I will definitely book here again.

There are no good insulation, you can hear any movement even talk from other apartments and it is very very annoying
The apartment is super clean, cozy and spacious. Kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment is located amidst lush greeneries and one could see the sea from the balcony. The apartment is about 10 minutes drive from the main road. Free parking.
Very peaceful place to relax, love their family everyone was very sweet. Apartment was super clean with all the amenities, Host made cold sandwiches in case we are hungry when we come in. Wishing best for family
Beautiful apartment . Everything was neat, clean very well kept. The views from the living room , bedroom and balcony are breathtaking. You are literally surrounded bij the lush green mountains and tea fields. The owners a great…. We got an excellent service. Breakfast was superb, we also had diner because we arrived late this was also good and tasteful . I highly recommend this gorgeous place. We were on a timeframe otherwise we would stay another night. But we will be back because it’s such a lovely and peaceful place.
It was very nice location and view , the apartment is very good containing all facilities jacuzzi , washing machine and everything , Mr Youssef is very helpful very kind , he gave us a lot of gifts , preparing the breakfast for us everyday and fresh , if you are looking for relaxing and view , this is the best place for you.
