Location is spot on. Very easy access to various parts of town yet quiet and safe. Beds were super comfy and shower powerful and hot. I have stayed here before and always been looked after well by the housekeeping and reception team who are very amenable and friendly. I liked the new rooms, clean and fresh and well equipped. This is my home away from home.

The feeling and experiencing home to home. the very friendly & welcoming front desk staff most especially Gladys & Musa. The manager Michelle was very flexible and exceptionally helpful, there are cars to hire. William and Sahr were very supporting. A home from home. Tucked away from the hustle of main street, perfect if you like some peace with convenience nearby. Very spacious and clean . If your looking for 5star then not the place but this is a place that you can be extremely comfortable and content if you are of a humble to content persuasion person!. It has all you need and if not the staff will positively assist. Electricity in Freetown is a hit and miss but the generators used at PhaGibs really manage a great compensation as they click in when the grid goes which is truly helpful. Air con is great and fans are supplied. Lovely views. 24hr Gatekeepers. I will surely use this facility again. Only downside is no WiFi but ask and they will supply at a fee or sort your own.
