The staff was very helpful in directing us to wonderful restaurants within the town and provided a detailed explanation of points of interest throughout Serra de Estrela. Our room had a balcony with a beautiful view, and in warmer weather, the pool would have been absolutely fabulous. The accommodation was wonderful, the breakfast spread beyond expectations, and the staff incredibly friendly. Highly recommend.
