The staff was excellent. They even took our luggage up to our top floor apartment. The elevator was small but updated and bright. The modern styling and comfort were very nice too. The food and coffee supplied to guests were great as well.

Nice location in a quiet condo by the river. Rooms look recent and all hotel areas are well kept, overall. Good breakfast. Great breakfast areas. Nice outdoor pool.Indoor pool. Ladies at reception are very nice. Good choice of restaurants nearby.
The property is modern and stylish and right on the river beach. The flats are comfortable, clean and efficently equipped for a short or week long stay.
All the staff were extremely pleasant and ready to provide information. Our apartment within the hotel complex was clean, spacious and well-equipped. We loved the indoor pool, sauna etc, especially as it wasn’t that warm during our stay. It was handy to have a restaurant on site and there are several supermarkets a close drive away where we were about to stock up on additional supplies. Congratulations to the staff: you’re doing an excellent job!

Nice touch to give homemade biscuits on arrival and departure. Staff very helpful and great customer service. Very modern apartment with all mod cons, ie electric window shutters. Comfortable beds; very clean. Lovely resort easily accessible to Lisbon by ferry. Free bicycles too.
