Good.location for that area.. roughly 400-500 pesos to go to SM mall , and 3 min walk to that Venice mall.. owner of apartment was easy to communicate with via whatsapp..just pick key up from the mailbox...A/C worked good, bed comfortable, everything worked ... pool on level 2 was good..

First of all, Sharon May was very very lovely and helpful! The location for where we needed it was perfect! Also the place is very secure - lots of friendly and helpful security guards around. Location is perfect for us, it is located near the downtown of Cainta and near the malls/LRT2. Distance of the building entrance from the main road is quite far especially for senior and with kids (if you're commuting) but nevertheless perfect if you have car/ service.
