Place is good, room was nice and clean but communication wise between the owner and receptionist was very poor and I was disappointed. I came ahead @ around 2:00pm and the reception didn’t know this name Casa de Vacationes. I insist to her that I had a booking ahead and that is the place where our system in the car (WAZE) directed us. Showed my booking confirmation, the lady looked again on her record iof expected arrival on that day 28 Nov. it was a stressing day and thought I was scammed. Then the lady checked again, and she found out that there was a booking on her booklet and notice just came on that day and the room was still not available and lol being cleaned. Around 3:00 or pass, finally the lady cleaner came down, apologized and said she’s been advised late as well. So we get in to that room 1503, I was disappointed because there’s a double bed which is nice but the futons wasn’t good. Anyway, we got in to the room, we’re only 4. I knew the policy that check out be at 11:00am but just for consideration, on our side I spoke with the receptionist LYN and asked if I can check out later than 11:00 since we check in late because the time we came the room isn’t ready yet, which she said maybe . Since it was a hectic day for us, I never thought of commuting with the owner about my concern and I don’t have a local phone. But then. The next day, Lyn the afternoon duty receptionist was very nice and said we may c/out late than 11:00. In the morning of 30 Nov. we just had b’fast and went down spoke with April the receptionist and told her that well just be out for my errands and be back before 3:00 and checked if that room been book for another guest and she said there’s none. Around 11:00 or pass, I was at the middle of my set meeting with my colleague, I got a call from a very rude lady, and yelling on me over the phone saying we have to check out right away because next guests was waiting., bka .. bla.,blaa.
