Loved that it was right on the fjord. Great location, super quiet, we had campers right outside our window and did not hear them leave in the morning. We are not campers but enjoy nature and this place had everything we needed, fridge, big shower, a room that got really dark. A couch that can be converted into additional sleeping area with pillows and blanket for all. A balcony in each room.

Breathtaking view of Sognefjord from our bedroom window at sunrise…. one time life experience. Best spot to start a fjord cruise, to reach Flamban or just drive to Stegastein view point, up on the mountain. You will find a SPAR store or a viking souvenir shop, 2 minutes driving , in Aurland downtown. We had everything we needed for a 2 nights stay.

Everything!! The views from every room are spectacular! The home is beautiful and like new and has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The outdoor space is fabulous for viewing the fjord. Definitely a 10+
