The room was big and AC worked well.
The bed was comfortable and the shower was big and had very good water pressure.
Washing machine was a bonus.
Hosts - amazing! Helped us with every little detail and speak fluent English.
Kitchen is basic but ok for preparing meals.
The location was ok, we stayed there as base to visit Ometepe Island, so worked for us.

Lush tropical like gardens in a great location away from center but 10 minute walk into town. Large living space with a nice balcony to sit out on . Full kitchen with large fridge, oven etc. Nice breezes come into place even though no a/c it's quite comfortable with fans. Great wifi.I really liked the place and will stay again.

Nice room with en-suite bathroom and kitchenette connected to main house but separate entrance. Good option if you want to surf Playa Colorados - 15 min walk or less by bicycle. The host Eric is friendly and hospitable.

It's a mixed bag for me. Great hostess, but classic Nicaragua. Maximum 35 m 2 both floors. Very well photographed. I was satisfied, but the price could be lower. I appreciate the water barrels very much👍 overall satisfaction with what is on offer in a place, I have experienced worse. I will probably come back. Gigante is an underrated place. But I'm not picky. Thank you for the service. PS: a broom wouldn't hurt as an accessory

The apartment was big, cozy and clean. Lot’s of room to cook and hangout. The owners were very kind and friendly people. Little bit off the main drag but only a dollar taxi into town per person. Highly recommended!
Max & Martha were charming hosts and the apartment was spacious, comfortable and well equipped - we loved it here! It was easy to find and they had even left some friendly notes out to guide us into the room. Great price too, really good value.

Maybe one of my best experience in Nicaragua (which is not easy as all people there were so nice!).
From outside, I was initially a bit scared, but as soon as I entered it all vanished. The apartment is simple but luminous and clean.
- The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpfull. They even drove us to the bus stop the next morning.
- The apartment was comfortable and was really well equiped (stove, cooking gear, coffee machine, etc)
- We had a nice terrace with hammocks, chairs and a table.
- Strong wifi
- It was very clean
- The location is walking distance from Rivas bus terminal and Tica bus.
Nice little one-room apartment connected to the hosts home. Washing machine is greatly appreciated! The host even provided washing detergent. Excellent air conditioning.

It’s a bit tricky to find (small street heading north from the 7me Calle, look for the tattoo studio sign)
The hosts are really nice. The accommodation is great. It's like a mini apartment. U could live there if Rivas had things to do there to stay longer. Also I got a ride from the host to the terminal when I left and he also took me to get money changed. Really nice touchm definitely recommend it
Marta and Max are super nice hosts who do everything to make you feel comfortable. The flat is very clean and well equipped. I would definitely recommend staying there!
