The communication was great with the owner as well as with his manager Jorge. Both speak english very well and were very helpful in finding our wat to and around the property. Location, for my friend and me, was great. 20 minutes walk down the coast to the towns center. Also, entire La Paz has bicycle lanes and it's cheap to rent push-bikes (300 pesos for 24 hours). There is a major street just few blocks north of the property and there are many restaurants and markets to choose from. Kitchen in the apartment was a joy to use. Only thing missing is the oven but in reality it wasn't really missed. Living room with sliding doors that lead to a very cozy terrace and the terrace is also accessible from both bedrooms so it's possible to open all the sliding doors and make a very pleasant drought while indoors. Huge flat screen TV and a comfy sofa. Air conditioning in every room. Beds and bedrooms are very cozy. Beds and pillows are hotel grade. Master bedroom has a walk-in closet and both rooms have their own shower/toilet. Swimming pool was accessible but haven't used it. The pool and the surrounding area was extremely clean and well maintained. Parking is possible and the entire property is secured with big gates and a security guard at the entrance. To sum up: we stayed for 3 nights and had a great time. Definitely will be coming back for a longer stay because after only one night there it started to feel like home! Thanks Bran! Thanks Jorge!
