Modern, clean and spacious appartment in a quiet neighbourhood. The appartment was well equipped (kitchen facilities, appliances, toiletries, shampoos etc) and information re the island was provided. Location is perfect, minutes from the bus station from where you can explore the rest of the island. There is minimarket near. The area was lovely and quite. The apartment is very spacious, accessible and very well equipped, the beds and the pillows very comfortable. Hot water all time. Staf was extremely helpful, polite and kind at any times. The host was very helpful making arrangements & made sure we got in at almost 1am & when we had any question or queries he was only a message or call away, even letting us checkout late because we had an evening flight.

I would highly recommend a rental car, almost every location on the island is within a half-hour drive, ample parking spots right in front of the house. The buses seem to be low frequency and relatively slow in comparison.
You are not exactly within a city center. The next supermarket (Lidl) is a 4min drive.
Amenities:
Spacious flat with a small balcony and a backyard terrace.
Kitchen fully equipped with a coffee machine and plenty of tableware.
If you choose to watch TV there is a wide selection of international channels.
Spacious and very modern apartment within easy walk of old town centre. Good shower and shower gel and shampoos supplied. Good kitchen facilities although we did not eat in. Good wifi and shower room has its own heater for the winter months - nice for the early morning shower. The apartment can easily accommodate 2 couples or a family with children. There is an ensuite shower room and a bathroom. Note that there is a nice green area to explore near the apartment with some information boards. Try and find the tomb! Great hosts.

Excellent as base for our 1 week trip to Malta. Naxxar is not very crowdy, is a quiet and sure spot on island. Distances are quite low to all the attractions and touristic objectives, maximum 60 kms. The apartment is very modern, is huge and has all you need for a short stay.
