Apartment's location was very close to metro station ie a 3 minute walk. The room was spacious and very clean. Conditions of room facilities were like brand new. Apartment's staff was very helpful and responded promptly to our queries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. We will definitely stay there again in future visits to Osaka.

Really well located in the Korean part of Osaka with tons of restaurants. The tsuruhashi station is a short walk away and links to the Osaka loop line and other major railway lines. The staff were really kind and ready to help and the room was spotless.

Keep in mind the location is a mostly self-check-in service so the privacy was well appreciated. The online staff was excellent with fast response times. I found their customer service on the booking website to exceed my expectations. They were able to respond in a timely manner even during the night. The property is also located within walking distance from a major transit hub with multiple convenience stores as well as a large grocery store within ten minutes. There is a washing machine and a drying function on the shower side which is a very nice touch. Multiple minor amenities were provided along with what you would usually expect a room to include with a stove.

Great location, close to at least 2 stations within 5 min walk. Apartment is very clean and modern with many useful facilities in your room (washer, dryer, microwave, fridge etc). Staff were very communicative and helpful over Booking.com messages, they also helped me receive my luggage sent from another hotel. Also there is an elevator so no struggle with luggage up the stairs. Room was quite soundproof.
