We liked everything about Residenze Gregoriane. The staff helped us park, walked up with our bags then immediately sat us in an exquisite 16th century mosaiced courtyard with a fountain, bringing us coffee and cold water (rum or whisky was also offered!) while they sorted out our admin and talked us through the map of this gorgeous little town, giving us lots of useful information. We had chosen the Superior suite partly for its decor which was as stunning as I had hoped: I knew that unlike most of the others it didn’t have an outside space and overlook the water but I loved our pretty town view. Comfortable bed, fluffy towels, plenty of hot water and enough space for our weekend wardrobes. Remarkably quiet given its central location (five minutes walk from Villa d’Este). Breakfast was beautifully presented and delicious with a good selection of pastries, toast, muesli, yogurt, boiled eggs, fresh o-j etc with other options available if you let them know the night before. We didn’t get a chance to use the stunning spa area but other guests warmly recommended it and each guest/couple/family can book it for their exclusive use. The staff were always around and keen to welcome us back each time. We didn’t expect beforehand that we’d return to Tivoli but we would now love to, largely based on our experience at this delightful hostelry. Highly recommended!

The apartment was beautifully furnished with all things having been considered and provided. The owner even provided us with coffee, milk and bottled water. The owner could not have been more helpful from providing bus timetables to allow us to get to Villa Adriana to the address of the local medical service. I would highly recommend this apartment to any couple wishing to spend a few days exploring what Tivoli has to offer.

The apartment is in a central location, close to the train and various sites. There is everything you need, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and even Netflix. The best thing was the kindness of Mauro, who showed us wonderful places in Tivoli and told us about the history of the place and even offered to accompany us to Villa D’este, it's a shame we only got there for one day. We had a lot of fun. We will definitely go back there if we visit Tivoli.

Only minor issue is getting there on narrow roads and a single lane bridge. However campervans make it in okay (also a campground).

Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. The apartment is well furnished with comfortable beds and sofas. The bathroom is also spacious. You come from the busy street and enter a calm and lovely house.
There is a lot of extra food you get. The kitchen has everything you need. The uncle of the owner was very friendly. The apartment is super close to the train station. The apartment was also super clean.
Great location to visit Tivoli and Roma, and it is also good to visit Terme di Roma, acque albule, which is just 2 minutes walk from the apartment. From the apartment, almost everything are equipped and the size of refrigerator and washing machine were big, which were convenient. There are supermarkets nearby, and also the mini market opened until midnight, so that it was easy to get the supply. We enjoyed the stay and all faimiles felt this like home. Hosts were so kind to explain a lot about the house and nearby attractions.
