It was absolutely stunning, built in 1624 (400 years ago😱) but beautifully upgraded. It was the best stay we had in our European holiday by far. I couldn’t recommend it higher. If ever we visit Chianti again Mezzano will be our number one choice. Madu the cleaning lady was a dream, so helpful and kind. The bonus was the sparkling huge swimming pool for our daily exercise.
