- Great contact with the host - Roberto is really kind and responsive. He agreed to early booking and also the checkout during the middle of the night. He WhatsApped us few days before arrival with every instruction needed, so there was no problem with finding the apartment or checkin. - The apartment has everything we needed for our short stay, all the necessary equipment was there and even more. A kind thing - a bottle of wine was waiting for us in a fridge. - The apartment is quite large and was very clean, I mean really clean and tidy. - Nice view of the Garda Lake. - Private and also public parking available. - Small store next to the apartment.

We spent five days with my wife and we enjoyed our stay. The apartment is tiny and cosy, compact and functional, nicely furnished and decorated, reflecting pictures and description. Beside the stunning view, what we mostly appreciated was the cleanliness and the comfortable beds where we had great sleeps. The location, away from the crowds, was very peaceful, in particular due to the fact that out of 32 apartments in the compound, during our stay max 6 were occupied. To note that the temperatures were up to 10c lower than the hot averages at the lake. Last surprise, the relaxing evenings and morning with the sounds of the cowbells and birds. Last but not least, the host is very friendly and accommodating, easy to communicate with.

Francesca was very kind host, she greeted us with a cup of coffee, she also helped us with booking the table at the restaurant, including recommendation for what to do and where to go. We were very satisfied with the appartment, the San Zeno locality is very calm compared to hectic coastline of Lago di Garda. The appartment was very nice, absolutely clean, equipped with all necessary kitchen equipment, including coffee machine. Bathroom was spacy and absolutely clean, too. The room isn't equipped with aircondition, but Francesca gave us the fan that helped ventilate the room before sleep. We've really enjoyed the stay.

This lovely apartment has obviously had a fairly recent renovation which made it such a pleasure to stay in. There was even a small dishwasher which was fabulous. The bathroom shower was great - plenty of space. And the views from the property were beautiful.
