Fabulous location with stunning views in every direction. Really comfortable stay, only wish it was a little warmer to enjoy a swim in the glorious pool. Was still a delight to watch the sunset poolside. Reasonably priced and excellent laundry service.

The property was amazing. Very clean, newly and very tastefully decorated and everything was well taken care of in it. There is everything you need in the house ( lots of towels, full kitchen appliances, julcer, toaster, smoothie maker, hair dryer, 2 tv’s with netflix, etc., there were even umbrellas which came in handy when it rained a lot one day.) The house is in a very beautiful small town that we liked a lot and the location was very close to other interesting towns like Siena, Firenze, Lucca, Volterra. We stayed in the house for our honeymoon and it felt like home, very cosy. The weather was very cold and the heating system works great. There is a butcher shop which sells amazing cold cuts, meat, pasta and fresh eggs, we have been to the little farmers market close by, the super market and the bakery is in walking distance to the house. It was great to have radios on every floor. The walk in closet was very useful and it is great to have two showers in the same bathroom. There is a very nice winery very close to the house to do wine tasting which is called Casa Emma. Leonardo was an amazing host as well. He welcomed us warmly when we first arrived and explained us everything which made lots of things easier for us. We had to change our arrival time many times and he was very understanding and flexible and we were always able to reach him when we needed. He helped us about the parking spot too, very appreciated. I definitely recommend this property and would love to stay again when i am in tuscany again. I was very happy with everything. It was one of my best stays. Thanks a lot for everything.

This has to be the best kept secret in Tuscany. The apartment boasts two beautiful bedrooms with views over the countryside(each with their own bathroom), a huge and incredibly well decorated living room and kitchen (plus a third full bathroom), magnificent artwork all created by the host, Roberto, and much much more. The special treat is the private garden that looks out toward San Gimignano, where you can enjoy your breakfast, dinner or simply sit and soak in the view. And for an additional surprise the property has an ancient wine cellar where you can sample your favourite drop. There are so many highlights that make this property simply superb, but one of the main ones is Roberto. He is a genuinely lovely man who makes you feel like part of his family.
