Nice apartment with a good location. A very nice addition are free bikes and beach umbrellas. Good breakfast in the restaurant nearby. The owner was really helpful and nice. I recommend!
It was very cosy and functional apartment, air conditioned throughout. The location is really good as everything is within walking distance. Plenty of parking on the street and extremely quiet at night. All in all very relaxing stay. The host was very welcoming and offered to take us on a boat trip which was thoroughly enjoyable.
Nice and new apartment within walking distance of the city centre. Nice furniture, large terrace, free use of bicycles. Parking is not included, but easy to find in the area. Jacuzzi is on the garden terrace, clean and very nice environment. Only one negative comment: the air condition system was not efficient enough.
We enjoyed our apartment a lot. It is very close to the seaside, the port, the centre and supermarkets. The rooms were very clean. The common rooftop is amazing and you can smell the sea from there. The staff was kind, welcoming and available.
I would really recommend staying here to enjoy Salento.

Just wonderful. Tenuta nonno Carmine is the perfect place if you want to spend some days in peace near the beach (5 mins on foot) in the beautiful Salento. You won't miss anything: extraordinary breakfast home made, air conditioning, parking space, cozy studio flat, barbecue, outdoor showers, etc. What makes this place special is the kindness of the owners who are always available and make you feel home. we´ve spent 5 nights in this apartment. It´s much better than we have expected. Great communication, flexible check-in and check-out. The apartment is really beautiful, everything is new and modern. Big terrace and garden. The rooms are clean, spacious and bright. Air-con, heating, microwave, washing machine, internet, everything works fine! free parking slot in front of the building. Not far from the city center but very quite neighborhood. Free bike rental.
