Excellent stay, very stylish, clean, quiet, spacious and quite luxurious. The bed was extra comfortable. Our suite was equipped with a very good sauna that we tried and also a nice bath facing the double bed. An anteroom served as a sitting corner and dining area with a little kitchen with a fridge, washbasin and even a small glass-ceramic hob. We were surprised to see even an Umbrian red wine in the kitchen corner, as a thank you gift for us, which we enjoyed very much. Overall a great place to stay and enjoy the beautiful city of Perugia. Everything was as described on booking and even better. Thank you!

The apartment is recently renovated, modern, spotless clean (even a demanding guest like myself will be fully satisfied by the standards; you can smell the freshness of the linen) and centrally located; all landmarks, bars and restaurants of Perugia's historic center are 5 to 10 minutes walk. The owner has paid attention to all the little details that make the difference: has left for us a bottle of cold water in the fridge and coffee capsules so that we could enjoy our espresso upon arrival and even the toiletries were carefully chosen; shampoo and shower gel of high quality. Communication with the owner was quick and efficient. Thank you Nicola for offering us a lavishing stay; will be back!
