Apartment is brand new, all is well thought through, kitchen, bedrooms, A/C, kitchenware, fridge, 3 bedrooms, laundry, all perfect and new. Alessandro is a perfect host, wonderful communication, tips, and suggestions around. Lide delle Rose is 4 minutes away by car, and other beaches are all close. Great stay for a true Sardinian experience away from large cities, in the most beautiful Ogliastra region, and a great spot for exporing mountains and of course beaches of Orosei. WiFi great.

Apartment was very nice and clean. Quiet area, so you will sleep well😊 There were everything what we needed for one week holidays. If you are lucky (we were) with weather, then you will not leave sunny terrace afternoon and evening time. Romina is very kind host. She organised welcome pack for our arrival,what was very nice. Overall 10/10.
