Small cosy apartment in the historic center of Grosseto, very homey and tastefully decorated. The host was very responsive and made our late night check in easy by allowing us to collect the keys from the letter box at the main entrance to the building. There were also some cookies and milk left for breakfast. Apartment is great for a couple of days. One thing that would be missing for longer stay is washing machine. However, given the size of apartment, not sure where it could fit.

Apartment well renovated, maybe a little small (small kitchen/living room, bedrooms ok, toilet/bathroom ok). HVAC efficient (it helps also during night if outside noise is too loud: you close the windows and sleep well).
Location is nice, inside the walls of the old town, where you can find cocktail bars, local restaurants nearby, etc. We chose Grosseto as a starting point for visiting few places around Toscana by car (such as Monte Argentario, Isola D'Elba, Terme di Saturnia), and this place suited good for this purpose.

The apartments are located just outside Grosseto and are very spacious and clean. Its located in a valley and its surrounded by trees so you can escape from the sun and relax at the pool! Totally recommended for the price and quality!!
The host was kind and helpful, he provided information for entering the apartment and was available during our stay. The accomodation has a very nice design, the bathroom was also super cool. The bed was large and comfortable.
The premises are nice and spacious. Lawns invite to relax or as in case of my kids to play soccer. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. There is a fairly large pool. In case you don't want prepare meals yourself you can dine in the restaurant.
Everything was perfect . Hosts are very helpful. Apartment was quiet and comfortable . Good localisation to visit many places in Toscana. Location is close to express routes (about 7 km from Barbaruta) which help to visit Rome, Pisa and other places in max 2,5 hours by car.
Very kind and accommodating staff who allowed us to store our bags and the host was very responsive. The apartment was extrememly clean and well appointed with lots of the little things that often get looked overlooked by other rentals.
We loved the location; very near to everything. We liked how peaceful the apartment was and sitting on the little balcony was really relaxing.(amazing view) Stefano and Carla recommended a couple of restaurants which were excellent and very near the apartment. We loved our short stay in Grosseto. The apartment was very well-equipped and although we didn't cook in the little kitchen (as there wasn't time) we certainly could have done.
