If you are looking for a calm country athmosphere in Tuscany, this is the right place. A little bit isolated from everywhere yet very clean (maybe the cleanest hotel i have ever been to!). The owners are great people and helpful, too. The lady has even a sommelier certificate, so a right person to talk about wine in the region. They serve a classical Italian breakfast with a good coffee and a very good fresh juice. (Be careful this juice is highly probiotic :D)

We had a lovely and relaxing stay at Maria’s house, it was clean, tidy, well organized and well equipped with everything we needed. The sunny and large outdoor space made our stay extra comfortable. One can feel that the house is cared for with love, thoughtfulness and generosity. The village of Lecchi is adorable, full of charms and so are the surrounding areas. Maria is a wonderful and kind host, we were late due to flight delays, she met us with such a warmth, no complaints whatsoever, she even prepared treats to welcome us. She showed us around the house and explained all the how to. Maria was always available to communicate, answering our questions and making suggestions for our itineraries. My only concern is that with all Maria’s so well deserved good reviews, her house won’t be available next time I visit, so selfishly I hesitate to write this review :)

We cycled to the property from Florence - after a 58km cycle, Lorenzo was quick to escort us to our rooms to ensure we can rest- even carried by bag up! I would 10/10 recommend this property to anyone travelling to Tuscany, what a beautiful stay in a beautiful town. The bath and facilities were also very nice, and there was a supermarket outside for bits and bobs if needed. Thank you for the hospitality!
