Everything was perfect. Our only two issues were the size of the shower cubicle, which was small, especially how large the rest of the apartment was.The other being that it could do with another settee, in the living room. Rather than a dining table, which they have in the kitchen. Otherwise we would have given a +10. The whole experience though was fantastic. From communication, from Cristina.Directions to get there and a video of where to park and how to find the apartment. A very nice welcome hamper and pretty much all you would need. Even though we couldn't guarantee everything,as we were only there for 3 nights,so we didn't do any cooking. Like we would normally do if we were there for a week or two. The view was incredible and wished we could have stayed longer. Just down the hill from the apartment you will also find a small shop selling the essentials, a couple of bars and a good restaurant. Which seems to be very popular, as it was very busy on the two nights we went. I would just like to say thank you to all. Would definitely recommend.

The location is excellent! The small "beach" by the lake was great - unlike others which are shallow. The location is within driving distance of Menaggio, and there are a couple of shops, a cafe and a restaruant within walking distance. We were worried because there was no AC and the temperature was 35C+ but to our suprise we were ok with the fan provided.

Claudio is very kind, he introduced us to the area and offered us a gift basket with different products from the area, for which I thank him. We will return to the same location for sure

Perfect place to stay and the best host I’ve ever encountered! Cute apartment with an amazing view! Beds are comfy, everything was so nice & clean, location is great and there was even all the essentials needed for a quick meal/snack. The host really went above and beyond, I was in a bind with all of the markets being closed already and I needed milk for my toddler. I was given the name, place and persons name where I could find milk! They even left water, wine and a fruit basket for us! We throughly enjoyed our stay! This place is definitely worth booking, you will not be disappointed!!

The apartment was great. The owner was very friendly and helpful in providing advise from the moment we booked. The apartment provides all to stay for short or long term. It was also fully equipped which made it feel like home. It is located just above Menaggio, which is a lovely place to visit. The walk to Menaggio is great break to enjoy the lake view and passing the beautiful "Villa del Balbianello" which was used in the James Bond movie Casino Royal. Amazing this is only a mile from the apartment. It is a great location to discover all places around lake Como.
