The stay was very nice as well as the location , i didn't expected this much cleanliness and connectivity to the location it was a nice experience and staff's were also cooperative.

Best place to stay in Kozhikode. A very clean and well maintained apartment is offered. It's totally worth it. One thing that did not meet my expectations was the water in the pool. Light greenish color, may contain algae. Other than that, absolutely awesome 😎.
We booked two flats for attending a wedding function at Pantheerankavu.So location was apt.
One of the flat was equipped with gas stove which was helpful for preparing hot beverages.

Mr Rajkumar is an excellent host, very helpful, with excellent communications. He took extra pains to make sure the stay was comfortable. It helps that he is great person to have a chat with, cant wait to hear stories of his adventures from all over the world. The flat is very close to Mavoor Road, in central Calicut.
