Lovely family, really comfortable accommodation and great location, in a beautiful suburban neighbourhood. Has a Aldi near by which is extremely good value and a wake boarding centre too. The host was so kind, polite and helpful. The place has a very relaxing bath with hot water on demand, the value for money is through the roof. The list of positives is never ending. Property has some local cats that are really friendly and has a Co-op, two actually at the base of the hill which is a small walk. Also, right next to the train station which can bring you into the city center within 6/7 stops. Very very good transport. 10/10

The owner was very kind and make an extra effort to inform us of good restaurants, grocery shops... near the apartmant and in the center. Also he gave us the map of the city and explain where to go with metro and explain the app where to buy tickets for public transport. We were equiped with everything essential. Also the cleanliness was really on point. And location was next level, very quiet, despite the busy road nearby. The metro was also in walking distance. 2 min and than with metro was just around 10min drive to the center. Very nice stay, would definitely go again:).

Amazing flat :) I stayed in the "smaller" flat, which wasn't small at all, and they also have larger rooms/flats, located with a gorgeous view over the square. The area is so quiet and the roof terrace is super cosy.

The apartment was fantastic—extremely well-maintained and clean, with everything you could need. Attila was very kind and helpful. It was immediately clear that he takes great care of his guests. We arrived in Budapest before the check-in time, and he allowed us to come to the apartment early. There is a bus stop very close to the apartment, making it easy to get to the city center. The surroundings are peaceful. I highly recommend it!

it was very pleasant to stay in this apartment. It is equipped with all the necessary things, clean. The owners were helpful. By train, you are in the center in 15 minutes, the station is two minutes from the accommodation. The nearest market is 800 m away, it is recommended to go by car. In the evening, it's a bit spooky around the accommodation. The accommodation is recommended, especially if you come by car because of the parking, which is available and free of charge.

The place has its own beautiful garden. The apartment itself is big with comfortable living area and bathtub. The host communicated very well and was in touch all the time. The location is perfect - close to the river and restaurants and very peaceful the same time.

Great location and very friendly owner who showed us all the amenities of the apartment. She brought us extra fans to survive in the biggest heatwave in the Hungary which was really nice of her.
There is a shop about 30 metres away which is open every day. The lake is beautiful and great transport links in close proximity if you want to use public transport to reach the capital.
Small but complete studio with airco, fridge with bottle of wine and orange juice. Breakfast at peter’s place. Happy that we could use 4 bikes to go to supermarket and nearby village.
Nice, short stay for Sziget festival. Place was nice. We were suprised that it was so quiet and everything was close around 8 pm. We have been told its due to weather as it wasn`t as warm as expected for this part of the year. Tent itself really nice, confy beds and confortable.
Chill apartment is quiet and excellent and the owner of the apartment is very helpful. We we are very happy in chill apartment and my next visit to Budapest, it will be my first choice.
