The house is absolutely beautiful. Very well equipped. Georgia and Panagiotis are so friendly and gave us a warm welcome. They were available constantly if needed and nothing was too much trouble. The fridge was stocked with fresh produce and soft drinks on arrival, which was a lovely touch. Outside space is wonderful with plenty of outside furniture in various aspects of the massive garden. Plenty of parking space on the drive and also garage. There is also an outside shower. It was a nice surprise to find they have recently installed WiFi also.

I highly recommend Elvajo. Amazing stay, in the middle of a green oasis, in a warm, clean and beautifully decorated space with all amenities. The host Antonis welcomed me and made me feel at home. I will definitely return.

The hostess was super friendly, excellent in communication, very helpful, and extra hospitable! I highly recommend staying in Family Homes when you visit Kakovatos.

The owner's family together gave us a tour of their garden, told us what was growing there, about life in Greece and its features, and treated us like a family. They also give us a lot of their fruit from the garden in the backyard and their property. I would like to give it an 11 for such service and hospitality, but booking limited it by 10! This is not a hotel, but a full-fledged family home and it's a kind of oasis in Greece thanks to such hospitality! I would recommend this location to everyone, especially foreigners who want to stay for a long period of time and completely immerse themselves in the atmosphere of local culture!)
