We enjoyed our stay at Vegera Taverna very much . It’s a wonderful choice for a very decent price. Owners is a very nice couple who run the taverna on their own using local products only. They also got their own lambs growing business , so the meals they serve are extra tasty and you can be sure about the quality (the best lamb and goat we had on the island (tomato and lemon sauce) . In the morning you can admire the sheeps running next to the taverna and enjoying the bells ringing :) Besides of that, the rest of dishes were also extremely tasty . Additional good point is that you can admire the sunset from the taverna , so it’s a great place to enjoy your dinner in a calm atmosphere . We were also not bothered by staying on the ground flour neighboring with the taverna upstairs . Everything is organized very well and you can not feel the smells or so. Additional positive point is the owners are pets friendly - our dog enjoyed being there and also meeting a friend (the local dog who lives there).

It is a family business that makes you FEEL like family. The owners are extremely nice and welcoming. They have their own taverna and the food they served was amazing! The room was very big, with nice porch. There is also a great view from the back terrace of the taverna.

Fabulous quiet location and wonderful host family. Made to feel truly welcome and the host was most concerned that we were happy with the accommodation and facilities. Kitchenette stocked with everything you would need including things like washing up liquid, paper towels, washing powder for the washing machine.

The views were incredible. The roon was nice, we slept very well. No noise. The staff very kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious (cakes, bacon, eggs, frit, yogurt)
