Royalty Suites Loft is perfect place for vacation in Nikiti. We were at Nikiti in few of our previous vacations, but Royalty Suites Loft was really discovery for us. It has been based out of crowded promenade o the left side from dock of lagoon, some 60 meters from sea in quiet but well located area. From that location, you can simply walk to promenade in few minutes. Nikiti beach is more distanced, and it's maybe 10 minutes of walk, but we used to go to other beach outside Nikiti called Kastri Beach.
Our studio was on central floor near to reception and had view on the sea, with beautiful spacious terrace. Studio is fully equipped with everything you might need on your vacation, and it has been perfectly cleaned in detail every day. We always had parking place, free of charge.
Receptionist and hygiene maintenance workers are so kind, polite, friendly and helpfully.
To be honest, we found much better quality of studio and building than we expected from pictures when we reserved. And the people are simply great.

There was a covered parking lot which is super helpful during the summer heat. The hosts were wonderful and very helpful. We would definitely visit this property again and write highly recommend it!

Ormos is fabulous with a gorgeous sandy beach and clear emerald-colored waters, taverns on the beach with excellent food.
Great place to stay! Clean, not so far away from the center where you can find restaurants and the beach (you need a car though ) , great view from the balcony, and the greatest sunrise you can watch from there. The apartments have everything you need, and its close to the main road so you dont need to drive through any difficult roads. A lot of parking spots, it was very quiet. The hosts was great, there was cleaning every day, exceptional place, recommend and if will be there again, for sure will stay at Sofia & Lakis House.

nice new apartments. On the second floor there is a bed, on the first floor there is a kitchen and living room. comfortable enough for a few nights. There is a barbecue area with a covered terrace on the territory. everything was kind and pleasant. Special thanks to Maria for her hospitality.
The choice of these apartments turned out to be very successful for us. Great location. Latoura Studios is located right on the beach, the view from the balcony to the sea is beautiful. At a distance of 15 minutes walk - the port, where there are restaurants and excursion boats. There are many beautiful beaches on both sides of the hotel. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. But the main advantage of Latoura Studios is the hosts, whose hospitality and willingness to help is beyond praise!
