Almost everything was perfect. It is clean, well equipped (maybe a microvawe oven would be nice), staff was very nice and helpful.
We got plenty of towels.
Our daughter got a baby chair and a baby bed with pillow and even a little panda.
There were welcome gifts.
The beach is very close, but if there is wind it can be quite windy and there are waves. With small children it is best to drive to more secure beaches.

Lovely spacious room with all the amenities we could have needed. Super close to main old town but further enough away that the street is not loud or busy.
The bed was also very big!
Street parking available on all close streets to the hotel if you were coming by car, you'll likely find a space available.
Reception staff were very accommodating and able to book us a taxi even very short notice to the airport on our departure - they had a lovely local taxi guy and it was seamless.

This is probably best place in Greece. Beautiful apartment located in fantastic location with amazing view on the beach.
Sunbeds and table on the tarrace located just on the water. You don't need to book beds, towels and umbrella - everything is including in apt's equipment.
Apartment is located near to many markets, shops and restaurants. Additional thing was jacuzzi on terrace.
The location is central but in a calm street, close to the beach, restaurants and bars. The rooftop pool with an amazing view is fantastic. The fitness amenities in the apartment were also appreciated. The personnel was friendly and helpful.
.I really liked the apartment. It's a peaceful place with plenty of excellent and affordable restaurants nearby. The sea is simply beautiful. The apartment fully justifies its price. It's very comfortable for a family of three: spacious rooms and a large, convenient bathroom. I definitely recommend it.

The only issue is with bed sheets and towels. As for longer stay, you might need a little big more.

It's not often the real experience exceeds already high set expectations. The apartment was even better than it looked on the site. So fresh and convenient! The hosts also helped us with transfers, car rentals and experienced on the island. So close to the beach and an easy bus ride to chania. Top notch all around!
The apartment was located right by the sea and we could hear the waves to the apartment at night. We ate breakfast always on the balcony and the view was amazing.
Everything. Location near the beach (8 minutes walk), apartment - fully equipped, clean and with beatiful view on the sea from the balcony. And the host - Katerina was very helpful, she also prepared for us greek cakes, which were very delicious. I have never experienced such fantastic stay.
Everything was fine. And it was our fourth trip in Chania and nearly. So the first time we had so strong and hot water in bathroom. Many good beaches and taverns are near apartment. Very responsible and friendly staff, apartment is spacious and well equipped. We spent amazing holidays there.
Extremely helpful owner - always available for any questions, clean and bright updated studio, comfy beds, great shower and amazing location - away from the nosy main street but still only few minutes from the beach, surrounded by olive groves. Frequent buses near the studio to Chania and anywhere else.
