Property is new and exceptional. Extremely clean, has everything you need - washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine etc. You can see that was made with good taste and materials. Every bedroom has smart to with Netflix and Amazon prime, so no need to carry your own tech if you are a Netflix fan during holidays. It is extremely close to the beach, literally just cross the street and you are on the beach. Also has very good restaurants around and private parking. The owners are extremely nice and helpful, they even arranged for us a car rental that was waiting for us at the airport. Compared to Greek hotels, it is by far the best option.

Everything was fine. And it was our fourth trip in Chania and nearly. So the first time we had so strong and hot water in bathroom. Many good beaches and taverns are near apartment. Very responsible and friendly staff, apartment is spacious and well equipped. We spent amazing holidays there.

It's a perfect place to take a break from work, with a good location, away from the stressful crowds of people,but not that far from beach and taverns. The foods was very tasty,the breakfast was excellent, filtered coffee was my favourite. Staff was friendly, ready to help you if you needed advices,we felt welcome. We had tasted there the best raky from that area 😄. So we enjoyed our vacation there and truly recommend this place.

Extremely helpful owner - always available for any questions, clean and bright updated studio, comfy beds, great shower and amazing location - away from the nosy main street but still only few minutes from the beach, surrounded by olive groves. Frequent buses near the studio to Chania and anywhere else. 💯 recommend!

They are very kind and helpful. They prepared wine and raki for us in the apartment. After we told them that the air conditioner was not working, they moved us to apartment number 5, where everything was great.
