If you like quiet and a place to rest your soul, this is it. This is an exceptionally minor point but the shower curtain has a tendency of getting wrapped around you. Would recommend coming up with a different setup.

What a wonderfull stay we had at hotel Mary. Filimon is a very friendly and funny host and does anything to make your stay comfortable. Rooms were very clean. We also loved the pool. We visited hotel Mary in July and had the pool to ourselves many times. Pool is well taken care of as well. The hotel is 80 meters away from the (sand) beach, shops, supermarkets and tavernes but you don't hear this in your room. It is very quiet. I loved the hike from the hotel to Marathokampos and to the cave of Pythagoras. Both hikes are 1 hour. We also visited the other side of the island (kokkari, waterfalls, pythagorion, karlovasie) by scooter. You can rent those (and cars as well) on walking distance from the hotel. It is a very cozy apartment next to the harbour, with a seaview! There was a well equipped kitchen, so I could make my own meals. I didn't have salt and oil but the host was so sweet to provide that for me, which was super nice!

5 years ago we discovered the island of Samos by staying at Tiki Rooms. Our stay was exceptional thanks to the beauty of the island, but above all the fantastic flat of Tiki Rooms and the extreme kindness of Elisabeth and her husband. This stay left us such fantastic memories that we decided to return to Tiki Rooms for the pleasure of continuing to discover the island and also to see Elisabeth again. This year's stay was just as pleasant and perhaps even more so, with Elisabeth's always delicious breakfasts, the always fantastic view from the terrace, the quiet location and, this year, the pleasure of meeting these extremely friendly sons. Discussions, with Elisabeth and her eldest son, were part of the pleasure of this stay. There's a family spirit when you stay at Tiki Rooms. Thank you to all her family for an idyllic stay.
